The Ricky Ricardo

We love these cookies! We drew influence from the cuban band leader/actor Desi Arnaz who played Ricky Ricardo on "I Love Lucy". If you are looking for something tropical in a cookie, look no further. These cookies are flavored with lime oil, orange oil, coconut extract, and rum extract (his grandpa was one of the founders of Bacardi Rum). Then we add shredded coconut and dried mango and finish them off with white chocolate chips and a drizzle of lime icing.
